Application

Determine the process flow, operating procedures and quality control procedures according to the specific cleaning requirements of users:
·Recommended applicable concentration (weight%): 3% - 10%; Temperature: 25 ℃ - 80 ℃; Time: 2 ~ 10min; Process conditions can be adjusted according to specific conditions;
·Preparation of lotion: inject clean water into a clean tank, heat it to about 40 ℃, slowly add the product in proportion under stirring, and then rise to the temperature required for cleaning;
·Cleaning operation: the parts shall be completely placed in the diluent of the product and cleaned by spraying, ultrasonic, circulation, unit soaking and other methods. After the parts are cleaned and rinsed, rinse again with the clean product, and then dry. The drying temperature should not be too high. It is recommended to be 60-80 ℃.
·Maintenance of cleaning solution: the concentration of the cleaning solution will gradually decrease during use, and the cleaning speed will also slow down. This product needs to be added regularly. The pH value and effectiveness of the cleaning solution should be monitored regularly. When the pH value of the tank solution is less than 8.5 or the cleaning solution reaches saturation, it should be supplemented or replaced in time; During rehydration, the original solution of the product in corresponding proportion must be added while adding water to maintain the necessary effective concentration to ensure the cleaning effect;
·When replacing new liquid, clean the liquid storage tank and supporting facilities first, and then add the company's bactericide products for sterilization;
