1.Product features：

2.Application scope

3.Construction process:
·Surface treatment: the surface stains and oil stains must be removed. If the parts with high strength requirements are required, the surface must be polished and cleaned;
·Mixing: two components, mix according to the proportion in the above table, stir and roll to make the mixed glue uniform and consistent in color; Condensation will occur when the temperature is low in winter. Before mixing, use electric furnace, hair dryer, infrared lamp and other heating to soften it. Do not use open fire for heating
·coating: apply a little glue first, press down and apply repeatedly to make it fully contact with the surface and fill the gap to exhaust the air Then apply the remaining glue and leave enough machining allowance
·curing: when the temperature is lower than 10 ℃, heating measures shall be taken. After curing at room temperature for 1-2 hours, heat the repaired part with a heat source. The temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃ for 3-4 hours. When heating, the heat source shall not directly contact the repaired part, and shall be irradiated 300-400mm away from the surface. Small volume workpieces can be heated in the oven as a whole, and the temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃. (heat source: infrared lamp, electric furnace, or other heat source, but not heated by open fire)
·post processing: after curing for a certain time, it can be processed by ordinary processing methods. Machining can be carried out after 18 hours.
4.Matters needing attention:
·When the mixing volume is large and the temperature is high, the construction time shall be reasonably arranged;
· Avoid construction in the environment where the temperature is lower than 5 ℃ and the humidity is greater than 90%;
·When using, keep the working environment ventilated. Before curing, avoid the glue from contacting the eyes and skin. If it is accidentally touched, wash it with a large amount of water and send it to a doctor if it is serious.
·Store at room temperature, cool and ventilated.
