Description
1.Product features：
This product is a two-component epoxy adhesive cured at room temperature. Its curing speed is moderate at room temperature, and it can be completely cured at - 60 ℃.
2.Application scope
This product is mainly used to fill casting defects such as sand holes, pores or cracks in iron and steel castings. The solidified product has high hardness and can be used at 180-200 ℃.
3.Instructions:
·First, clean the place to be repaired without stains.
·Use file, sandpaper and other tools to smooth the surface.
·Fully adjust and evenly according to the 1:1 volume ratio of components a and B, and apply it to the object to be repaired.
·All kinds of processing can be carried out 24 hours after bonding.
4.Matters needing attention:
·When mixing glue, weigh two components equally as much as possible, and do not make any component too much to avoid strength reduction;
·The mixing amount should be considered. Do not mix a large amount of glue, and it should be prepared and used now;
·The excess glue on the hand or the bonded object shall be cleaned with alcohol before curing;
·Keep away from children and do not enter;
