Description
1.Product features：
Two component, copper oxide based adhesive. Temperature resistance: 980 ℃. It has the advantages of strong adhesive force, high temperature resistance and convenient use. It is suitable for high-temperature metal structure bonding and casting defect repair.
2.Usage:
Roughen the bonding surface and remove rust, oil and grease. Socket connection is the best joint design.
Glue mixing: the solid-liquid phase shall be mixed evenly in proportion to form a uniform and flowable paste.
Gluing and curing: apply the glue to the surface to be bonded, and cure it with a little contact pressure after assembly. If the strength is not high and the medium resistance is not required, it can be cured at room temperature. Otherwise, cure according to the curing conditions.
3.Applicable occasions:
Bonding of various cemented carbide and ceramic turning tools, milling cutters, drills or gear cutters. The socket strength is very high, which can be used to make extension rod and repair casting defects under high temperature conditions.
