Liquid cooling kit
The Fluorinated solvent we provided are very good as coolant. Meanwhile we provide total solution including containers of server.
With the fluorinated liquid coolant in different boiling point, immersion cooling has two solutions. One is single-phase immersion cooling system(lower boiling point coolant, usually from 48-93℃) and another one is two-phase immersion cooling system(higher boiling point coolant, >100℃).
Single phase solution:
The cooling liquid doesn't change phase. It was kept as liquid and transfer heat from server.
Immersion cooling solutions only need very simple and mature facilities to applied the solution with lower cost. And in terms of infrastructure, fire protection, and space utilization, it will be more economical than air cooling.

Two-phase Solution:
The fluorinated liquid will be boiled by the chipset. The vapour will be chilled into liquid again by the condenser. Heat can be transferred by water.
